She brings more than 12 years of progressive experience across executive support, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining Carey & Co, she served as Marketing and Public Relations Head at Rural Bank of Cuenca, Inc., where she led brand campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and media relations that strengthened the bank’s reputation across local and regional markets. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in retail operations and direct selling, where she consistently drove sales performance and was recognized with numerous national and regional awards for sales achievement and operational excellence.
Known for her adaptability, strategic thinking, and steady hand under pressure, Venus excels at anticipating needs before they arise and turning complex logistics into seamless execution. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Management, from Unibersidad de Manila.
