Abby Rosenswaike is a talent and HR strategist who helps mission-driven organizations build systems where people thrive. By designing inclusive hiring practices, equitable HR policies, and people-centered systems, Abby helps executives and boards align their operations with their organization’s values.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across education and nonprofits, Abby has led executive searches, built leadership pipelines, and guided organizations through growth and transition. Her work blends strategic rigor with empathy—helping teams align structure, culture, and mission to create workplaces where people feel seen and supported.
Before consulting, Abby led talent strategy at Ascend Public Charter Schools and Hyde Leadership Charter School, where she embedded equity into hiring and leadership development. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member in the Bronx, shaping her enduring commitment to equity and access.
Beyond her consulting work, Abby is deeply interested in culturally affirming, self-directed models of education. As a parent of three, she draws inspiration from nature-based learning and community-driven approaches that nurture curiosity, identity, and connection—principles that also inform her approach to leadership and organizational development.
